Noise was very low, and in fact this was one of the things I enjoyed the most. The front staff were almost always very nice and helpful (only had got a little attitude a couple of times and from one person in particular). And of course, if you get right next to the parking lots, you could have more trouble with noise and headlights. I also heard that living in the apartments directly next to Kroger is very bad due to truck unloading early in the morning. They offer complementary pest control every week though (all you have to do is ask), and I heard that people away from the woods didn't have as many problems. Not really roaches, but a lot of spiders and millipedes. We were at the very back near the woods on the ground level, so we did have a lot of trouble with bugs. The location of your apartment will determine a lot. I used to live at Calibre for several years.
